Tender description

The Authority wishes to award a contract for Administration of North Yorkshire’s Local Assistance Fund. The purpose of the procurement is to buy expertise to develop and administer the North Yorkshire Local Assistance Fund (NYLAF). The NYLAF provides emergency support for vulnerable people aged 16 and over to move into or remain in the community, and to help families under exceptional pressure to stay together. The Authority wishes to award a contract for Administration of North Yorkshire’s Local Assistance Fund. The purpose of the procurement is to buy expertise to develop and administer the North Yorkshire Local Assistance Fund (NYLAF). The NYLAF provides emergency support for vulnerable people aged 16 and over to move into or remain in the community, and to help families under exceptional pressure to stay together. The maximum funds available to pay for the administration of the NYLAF is 80 000 GBP per annum. Tenderers are expected to tender a rate less than this and tenders higher than the maximum annual contract value will not be considered. Once the initial term of the contract period has elapsed (covering 1.4.2019 — 31.3.2022), and subject to the Contract being extended, the costs may be reviewed, at the discretion of the Authority, and capped at the the Consumer Price Index for the preceding January.
