The service should provide the following high level requirements: A web-based system that IEE's can access to fill in personal details that are required by HMRC RTI system A system that is able to make payments of fees as instructed by STA staff timely and accurately to the correct individual A system that provides an on-line expenses form that can be filled in by the IEE's and authorized by STA staff and paid timely A system that holds the IEE STA number for STA reporting Continued efficiency and accuracy of making payments even during the busiest periods of the STA payment cycle. Quality control for reporting purposes which will reduce staff time spent on queries and addressing inaccuracies. STA staff will have the ability to access the information on-line which will create efficiencies for the already constrained finance team A system that is IL3 security compliant to maintain personal data security Remittance showing what the payments of fees and expenses relate to providing clear visibility.
