Tender description

The Centre for Health Science (CfHS) offers some 7 000 m2 net lettable space over three phases completed in 2006. It is a three storey multi-occupied property with a focus for excellence in healthcare, biotechnology research, education, training and business development which was jointly funded by Highlands & Islands Enterprise and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide total facilities management services at the CfHS. It is expected that these services will be required from 1.6.2019 for an initial period of 2 years, with HIE having the option to extend the contract 2 times for a period or periods each not exceeding 1 calendar year, following the Initial Term (2 + 1 + 1 years). The initial 2-year budget currently available to deliver this service is between 975 000 GBP and 1 300 000 GBP (excluding VAT).
