ESPO wish to appoint a service provider to work with them to produce a functional specification, a non-functional specification, a project plan and an implementation plan for the design, build, hosting and maintenance platform of the ESPO website. It will also need to integrate the ERP system. ESPO currently has two websites — a catalogue website, which includes an e-commerce platform for around 26 000 products and a framework website, which uses a content management system for around 150 frameworks. The most appropriate solution for the CMS platform will be required to be determined by the supplier. Suppliers are invited to a supplier event day for more information; we also welcome conversations regarding the specification and required platform. This will be held on Friday 8th February 2019 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. Supplier's must confirm their attendance by no later than 4:00 p.m. Thursday 7.2.2019.
