Tender description

Norfolk County Council is seeking to establish a framework agreement in respect of building construction and related works. 1 — Projects with a value of 300 000 GBP — 4 000 000 GBP. It is anticipated there will be 5 providers (the final number will be at the Council's discretion) appointed to the framework for each lot. Those successfully appointed to the framework will be invited to participate in further competitions to be awarded contracts for individual construction projects. 2 — Projects with a value of 4 000 001 GBP — 10 000 000 GBP. It is anticipated there will be 5 providers (the final number will be at the Council's discretion) appointed to the framework for each lot. Those successfully appointed to the framework will be invited to participate in further competitions to be awarded contracts for individual construction projects. 3 large, often complex, projects exceeding 10 000 000 GBP. It is anticipated there will be 3 providers (the final number will be at the Council's discretion) appointed to the framework for each lot. Those successfully appointed to the framework will be invited to participate in further competitions to be awarded contracts for individual construction projects.
