Tender description

Tenders are invited for inclusion on the Framework for the Hire and Maintenance of Gym Equipment The aim of this procurement is to establish a single Supplier Framework that will deliver the best value-for-money over the lifetime of the contract for Derby Active leisure facilities; Derby Arena (equipment required winter 2019) and Springwood Leisure Centre (equipment required summer 2021). Equipment for the new Swimming Pool Complex on the existing Moorways site will also be required in the next two years. Please note, suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation, must do so by 15:00 on 20th October 2019. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response. The deadline for returns is 14:00 on 21st October 2019 The Initial Framework term is 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years in annual increments. The contract value is for indicative purposes only based on the full 4 year contract.
