Tender description

GreenSquare Group Ltd wish to procure an Asset Management System (AMS) which will enable effective management of the organisation's housing portfolio. The tendering exercise will seek to identify the most appropriate solution which can provide system capability, usability, integration across the whole organisation providing accurate timely accessible information. Any contract resulting from this tender exercise will be for a duration of 3 years, with an optional two (2) x one (1) year extension, from the commencement of Contract. Deadline for bid submission is Sunday 26th January 2020 @ 23:59. Please note that GreenSquare Group Ltd reserve the right to invite up to the Top 5 suppliers for Interviews/Demo Sessions week commencing Monday 24th February 2020.
