Tender description
SCDC is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide a Demand Responsive Transport offering for Hauxton and surrounding areas: https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/Hauxton,+Cambridge/@52.147172,0.0914689,15z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x47d87a29fdf7b295:0xdb13154ba64b602f!8m2!3d52.148822!4d0.1036303 Traditional demand responsive transport may or may not be suitable within this area due to its close proximity to Cambridge, so we are looking for organisations to come forward with proposals for a transport service which will meet the needs of Hauxton residents (as the focus) and surrounding areas where possible. There are a number of elderly and disabled residents residing in Hauxton, and also those who do not have cars, and have problems using traditional bus services. Keywords: Demand Responsive Transport
