Tender description
The contract involves the construction of a single storey extension including modifications to the existing school building along with associated siteworks and services connections. Also included will be the provision of a new car park and entrance from the public road. The proposed single storey extension will comprise of masonry construction with a ground supported concrete floor and prefabricated pitched roof. The proposed modifications to the existing building include blocking off a number of existing windows and removal of existing windows and louvred door to boiler room. The Contractors particular attention is drawn to the fact that the site is in an existing fully operational school facility. Construction work must cause the minimum amount of disturbance.
