For the provision of a IPS/UPS service, including maintenance, repairs, consumables and replacement batteries. The supplier will provide services/goods as follows: — maintenance of uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), — maintenance of isolated power supplies (IPS), — maintenance of theatre control panels (TPS and pendants), — repair service to uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and isolated power supplies, — replacement of batteries for uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and isolated power supplies (IPS), — supply of spare parts and consumables, — reactive call outs, — telephone advice.
