Ramps, Railings and associated items - Repairs and Replacement (AH-275) - AWARD

Tender description

This procurement is for the provision of works associated with the replacement and repair of railings, new coverings to ramps, walkways and steps, concrete repairs to walkway soffits and internal communal staircase railings and associated works. The works will be undertaken in the North Somerset area. However, it is possible that works may also be required in the surrounding areas. It is intended to place a resulting contract with one contractor for a period up to 31/03/2020 with the possibility of two extensions each for a period of one year. It is anticipated that the value of any resulting contract will be between 350,000 GBP and 1,050,000 GBP (ex VAT). NSAH (Alliance Homes) Ltd, trading as Alliance Homes is the parent company of the Alliance Homes Group which comprises of: Alliance Homes (Ventures) Ltd, Alliance Living Care Ltd, Alliance Homes Rented Ltd, Alliance Homes Sales Ltd and Alliance Homes Partnerships Ltd.
