Tender description

London Borough of Croydon has established a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the procurement of passenger transport services. We are looking to open up the market through the use of a DPS, where new suppliers can join a list of approved suppliers at any time throughout the lifetime of the 4 years, plus 2 extension periods of 2 years. The LBC invites you to become an admitted participant on 746/2018R passenger transport purchasing system (DPS). Once you become an admitted participant you will then be able to receive route tender quote documents, and be able to tender for this work as and when it becomes available. The passenger transport DPS covers the following areas of work: Lot 1: Taxi: this category includes 3-4, 5-6, 6-7, 7-8 seater vehicles; Lot 2: Taxi with passenger assistant (PA): this category includes 3-4, 5-6, 6-7, 7-8 seater vehicles; Lot 3: Wheelchair accessible taxi: this category includes 1 W/C and 1-6 seated vehicles; Lot 4: Wheelchair accessible taxi with PA: this category includes 3-4, 5-6, 6-7, 7-8 seater vehicles with a passenger assistant/s; Lot 5: Taxi with digital tracking: this category includes 3-4, 5-6, 6-7, 7-8 seater vehicles plus digital tracking (see section 24.9 of volume 1 for more information); Lot 6: Taxi with digital tracking and PA: this category includes 3-4, 5-6, 6-7, 7-8 seater vehicles with a Passenger Assistant/s (see section 24.9 of volume 1 for more information); Lot 7: Wheelchair accessible taxi and digital tracking: This category includes 1 W/C and 1-6 seated vehicles (see section 24.9 of Volume 1 for more information); Lot 8: Wheelchair accessible taxi and PA with digital tracking: this category includes 1 W/C and 1-6 seated vehicles with a passenger assistant/s (see section 24.9 of volume 1 for more information); Lot 9: Taxi ad-hoc routes: this category can include any of the vehicles in the above and categories. Ad-hoc routes could run at any point, 24/7. Please indicate if you can work 24/7, if not routes will only be offered to you in working hours; Lot 10: All of the above categories.
