Tender description

The Contracting Authority are looking for innovative solutions to facilitate the delivery of a Patient Transport System which covers all kinds of journey types and journeys are not exclusively from or to Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital (NSECH) but might involve other locations. The Trust is looking to appoint a supplier to provide a Patient Transport System to link Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital (NSECH) in East Cramlington to the existing general hospital sites (‘base sites’). The contract will be for the period of 3 years, with the opportunity to review it regularly in order to ensure it is meeting the needs of the Trust. There will be the option to extend the contract for an additional 2 years, on an annual basis following review. Keywords: Ambulance
