Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified electrical and mechanical, lighting and sound installation contractor with a proven track record, to supply, deliver, install and remove an extensive lighting display and associated works at the Enchanted Winter Garden event at Antrim Castle Gardens and Clotworthy house.
