This shortlisting exercise is restricted to Suppliers who are registered on the Digital Outcomes and Specialist Framework. Please note all correspondence should be completed via the Digital Outcomes and Specialist Framework Portal and not via the ONS In-Tend Portal. Thank you. The Customer requires a capability to match records from two datasets and assure that the quality of the matches meet strict targets. The immediate need relating to successful delivery of the 2021 Census is for a solution to be ready for testing in March 2020 to provide confidence that the Customer will be able to complete a matching exercise on Census datasets within an 8-week timeframe. The secondary need relates to potential re-use of the capability for wider business needs beyond the Census with other datasets. The Customer requires this capability to support the linking of datasets as well as to identify duplicate or missing records from collected data which can affect the quality of statistical outputs.
