DCC is looking to establish a framework to deliver Business Support for the HotSW LEP area. This framework will also be available to Somerset County Council, Members of the Heart of the South West Local Enterprise Partnership (HotSW LEP) and the Devon and Cornwall Procurement Partnership. Local authorities across the Heart of the South West LEP area are committed to supporting businesses to prosper and grow. The authority recognises that good quality advice and support is one of the key ways to do this, encouraging people to start up, grow and be innovative in their business thinking. Stated value is over the entire Full term of the entire framework. Support for all types of businesses and social enterprises on all levels, regarding general business topics and essential growth and planning support. Providers of data collection, analysis and evaluation activities are required for activities to support the design, and rationale for future business support across HotSW. Activities may include. Specialist services are required with regards to a variety of topics unique to specific sectors or business developments. Under this strand of activity, the authority is seeking organisations to complete training needs analyses who can work with employers to help ensure they can.
