BDB062C - UL - Supply of Self Service Kiosks & RFID Wands for Glucksman Library, University of Limerick

Tender description

The Glucksman Library wishes to procure the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of RFID-based Library Self-service hardware and software, replacing and enhancing our existing equipment. This will include the replacement of four (4) self-service kiosks and two (2) RFID Wands. We require a solution that integrates with our Ex Libris Alma Library Services Platform, utilising the SIP2 protocol. As such, the appointed supplier must have had previous, demonstrable experience of supplying and maintaining a comparable system within the library market and specifically have integrated with Ex Libris Alma. The scope of the contract will include all required hardware, software, implementation (including required consultancy and training) and ongoing support. Suppliers must be able to demonstrate an excellent, responsive service within an academic library context.
