Upgrade of ICT Systems and prosvion of ongoing ICT support

Tender description

The upcoming cessation of Microsoft support for various products, which are currently used by Cork City Partnership, has prompted a complete review of our Information Management and Communications Systems. In order to ensure continued functionality, security and compliance with data protection regulations and to deliver improved efficiencies, we wish to carry out an upgrade of hardware where necessary and a complete migration of company email, data and telephone systems to the “cloud. We also consider the ongoing provision of IT support throughout, and over the years following this project, to be a vital element of this tender.
