Tender description
London FreightLab is a pioneering Innovation challenge which will ask Innovators to think creatively about ways spaces in Greater London could be used to reduce the adverse impacts of vital freight and servicing activity – impacts such as congestion, reduced air quality and road danger. In advance of opening the challenge to Innovator submissions in January 2020, we’re looking for forward-thinking industry partners to help fill the gaps in our expertise, and to offer real-world experience of operating in London’s complex Freight and Servicing sector. This EoIQ is seeking to identify Partners from across the freight and servicing sector who would be interested in supporting this Project. To apply to become a Partner for the project, please complete the attached EoIQ submission template and upload this to this e-portal by 10/12/19. We would suggest that Potential Partners read the project summary document in advance of reading this EoIQ The EoIQ outlines how TfL will assess Potential Partners’ suitability for selection and participation in the Project. Partners will be required to commit to participating in Stage 1 of the Project as outlined in Section 5 of the Project Summary document. Further involvement will be subject to agreement. Partners will be selected through an evaluation of the EoIQ responses. Potential Partners should read the Scoring Guidance at Section 4 of the EoIQ. For Clarity, at this stage we are looking for industry partners to help support the programme. We will be launching the application for Innovators who would like to be part of the programme and propose Innovative Solutions in January 2020. If you have an Innovative idea and would like to be kept informed about the project, you can register your interest on the Mayor’s Civic Innovation website: https://tech.london/challenges/tackling-congestion Keywords: London, Transport, Lab, Partners, Freight
