Tender description

To develop further understanding of the performance of materials and coatings in liquid metals and molten salts, we are seeking a Concept Study for a test rig which can investigate coolant corrosive properties and flow behaviour in representative blanket conditions. The intention is to simulate the flow of the coolant, which will be induced by a stirring mechanism (e.g. rotating disk or impeller in a small (less than 100 cm3) crucible).
