Tender description

The Trust has a current annual catering turnover of GBP 1,163,214. With 6 campuses from September, all in close proximity in Enfield; they have modern kitchens and positive meal uptake. There is scope to further develop the services from the existing high level. Professional marketing alongside a high quality food offer will grow sales turnover, delivering a highly competitive cost to the Trust and benefits of scale to the successful contractor.There will be changes to the current service with Carterhatch Juniors being delivered-in and Fern House being supplied by Chesterfield from January 2020.This will be a genuine working partnership with the Trust and positive collaboration with each school. This relationship places the interests of every child firmly at the heart of the Trusts' agenda.
