Refurbishment Works to Trinity Biomedical Sciences Institute (TBSI) - First & Second Floor for Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin

Tender description

The University Seeks to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to carry out refurbishment works located at TBSI. The works comprise the refurbishment of a total area of approximately 850m2 to be carried out over two floors in the existing Trinity Biomedical Sciences Institute. Level 1 works includes redecoration of existing office spaces, provision of new lighting, data and power points, and rebalancing of existing ventilation installation. Level 2 works comprise the conversion of existing space to an ICT Laboratory room. Works includes provision of new partitions, temporary strip out of existing ceiling and raised access floors to allow for electrical and ventilation installation, redecoration of existing spaces, new lighting, data and power points.
