Framework Agreement for Prison Operator Services - Awarded

Tender description

The Prison Operator Services Framework covers the provision of Operational Custodial Services and Facilities Management of Prisons in England and Wales. The Framework Agreement is owned by the Ministry of Justice operating through Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS). Operators on the Framework are eligible to participate in Mini-Competitions, the first of which will be for a New Build Category C Resettlement Prison in Wellingborough. In addition, the Operation of current Prison Contracts (as they expire) and New Build Prisons will be considered for Competition through the Prison Operator Services Framework Agreement. The Prison Operator Services Framework Agreement will be for a period of six (6) years.
