Tender description

The Authority requires a suitably qualified FENSA , Secure by Design Provider for the Windows and Door Replacement at Minton Lane The scope of works includes; upgrading existing windows and door to uPVC and any associated works required. All works and materials all in accordance to British Standards. The Provider MUST be registered under the Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme – FENSA Ltd, it is the installer’s responsibility to give notice of work complete and all certificates shall be forwarded to The Authority.
