The potential estimated total value is likely to exceed this range of spend if other organisations decide to participate.The intention is to let a 12-month framework arrangement with the option of 3, 12-month extensions. The potential estimated total value is likely to exceed this range of spend if other organisations decide to participate. The intention is to let a 12 month framework arrangement with the option of 3, 12-month extensions. The tender will be assessed on 100 % commercial after a pass and fail phase.
