This lot will be for general building services. It will comprise: — responsive repairs, — void property works, — planned/decent homes standard works. Gas works, servicing and installations to properties. This lot will comprise: — electrical major works and installations to properties, — emergency lighting testing to properties, — fire alarm testing to properties, — lightening conductor testing, — heat recovery/full property ventilation servicing, — renewable energy servicing. Major Adaptation over 1 000 GBP to properties. This lot includes — fencing, — gates, — car-park barriers, — shutters and windows to properties.
