Legal services for Liverpool City Region Combined Authority's Digital Infrastructure Project

Tender description

The Liverpool City Region (LCR) Combined Authority (the CA) has established a digital infrastructure programme to radically improve digital connectivity across LCR and, in doing so, to generate significant financial, social and economic returns. The CA is undertaking a digital infrastructure delivery programme by installing new ducting in parallel with its highways and transport interventions. The appointed legal advisors will advise, alongside external commercial/financial/technical advisor, a technical project manager, the CA's digital connectivity project team. It will be vital to form a coherent, cohesive project team whose advice and workstreams are aligned and, as such, the advisors will co-operate with the other appointed consultants and provide all necessary information and assistance to them.
