Tender description
Ongoing support and maintenance of the Certero software via a managed service from the software owner. The Council implemented Certero SAM in January 2016. The system provides software asset management and is inter operable with other Council IT systems. The system provides the software for the management of the Council's vendor licences including, but not limited to; Microsoft, Adobe, Symantec, Autodesk, and Oracle please note this is for Veat purposes only. The Council is looking to procure on-going support and maintenance for its existing Certero Software asset management system. The Council implemented Certero SAM in January 2016. The system provides software asset management and is inter operable with other Council IT systems. The contract is not to procure a new system or solution, it is solely to support the system it currently has in place.
