Tender description

The contract is for an eDisclosure specialist service. The supplier being responsible for: • design, planning, installation and testing of a supported version of the Relativity application and environment on the new offsite platform; • data migration, system integration and user acceptance testing of the Relativity service from the current onsite platform to the new platform: • Relativity application environment and workflow support: maintaining, supporting and optimising the application environment in business-as-usual, and providing ongoing expertise to the customer to optimise the workflows in Relativity; and • Other eDisclosure services upon request e.g. project work to upload evidence into Relativity .
