Tender description

The scheme involves the relocation of the Youth Offending Team (YOT) from current offices at Beckminster House to premises adjoining Wolverhampton Fire Station off Merridale Street. Works will include the refurbishment of the disused existing office space to a suitable facility to house the service. The Works will generally include the following: • Provide office accommodation for all staff with 2no meeting rooms, secure file storage with kitchen and appropriate welfare. • Provide a secure reception/ waiting area with individual interview rooms, a Family room and a Health room. • Update associated mechanical, electrical and IT to suit new layout • Minor drainage alterations to suit new wc location • Structural remedial works to atrium The construction works are forecast to continue for a period of 3 months, including 12 months rectification period.
