Tender description
Ongoing support & maintenance of the Certero software via a Managed Service from the software owner. The council implemented Certero SAM in January 2016. The system provides software asset management and is inter operable with other council IT systems. The system provides the software for the management of the Council's vendor licences including, but not limited to; Microsoft, Adobe, Symantec, Autodesk, and Oracle PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR VEAT PURPOSES ONLY
