Repair and maintenance services of central heating

Tender description

The successful contractor is to work in partnership with accord housing association over a 10 year period to service, maintain and upgrade accords commercial heating and hot water portfolio to work towards a total guarantee for all plant rooms. The contractor is to provide gas appliance services and gas safety inspections including commercial catering equipment at circa 70 commercial premises within the Accord Housing Association Ltd portfolio. In addition to the day to day service and maintenance element of the contract the contractor will be required to produce and carry out a plant room upgrade programme including a disaster recovery plan over the term of the contract. Design and installation of upgrades to be carried out by the successful contractor and then maintained under a total guarantee agreement for the remainder of the contract.
