Waterford City and County Council, (the Council) is seeking to engage a contractor to develop, operate and maintain a state-of-the-art visitor attraction that draws on the cities unique Viking Heritage. Waterford City and County Council (‘The Council’) invites requests to participate in a competitive dialogue procedure from economic operators aimed at the development of a dynamic, immersive, state-of-the-art, world-class visitor experience in Waterford City, Ireland which will attract over 200 000 visitors annually.
