Tender description
This opportunity is to establish a framework for the Painting Works undertaken by WDH on approximately 32,000 properties it owns and manages. In a typical programme year WDH will sub contract painting works to approximately 4,000 to 6,000 properties. WDH is unable to guarantee any volumes of business under any agreement arising from this opportunity and any quantities and/or volumes stated within this opportunity are for guidance only and no express or implied statement is given that these will be met or exceed. Sub-contracting painting services are required for the exterior of properties only. Interior sub-contracting paintwork shall be on a adhoc basis. Keywords: House, Painting, Exteriors
