South Dublin County Council is looking to establish this Multi-Party Framework for the Provision of Painting Services in South Dublin County Council Residential Stock to redecorate internal and external surfaces of the buildings including; (a) communal areas comprising all walls, Ceilings, Handrails, Soffits and storage areas; (b) Entrance Doors to residential properties (c) Window frames to residential properties. (d) External Walls of residential buildings (Single storey buildings to Multi Storey (3) buildings (e) Bin stores and gates
