Tender description

Personalised App that allows early signs of relapse to be delivered to the clinicians/care coordinators. Affigo will install Clintouch App as personalised App that allows early signs of relapse to be delivered to the clinicians/care coordinators. The device is a Stand-alone App and will be installed in service user phone via Google play store. Service user will be able to enter their response about themselves in response to questions presented to them in the app. Affigo we provide a dashboard for SWLSTG clinicians/care coordinator to view service user data transferred from the app. Affigo will provide training and support line.
