Tender description

Provide a cost effective IT support and maintenance service during and out of normal business hours for the Contracting Authority. The tenderer will support the IT Manager when he is unavailable to take calls and provide First Level IT support to the IT Helpdesk Technician when he is unavailable to take calls. There is a requirement for a dial-in/remote access to Sport Ireland Facilities DAC ticketing to resolve issues/queries and the ability to provide IT Engineers on location in the case of an emergency or if issues are not resolved remotely.
