Tender description

Newcastle City Council has decided that it wishes to consider the full range of options for construction work sub-contracting Frameworks. Newcastle City Council is at an early stage in development of its proposals but prior to formulating any formal procurement opportunity, seeks input from the market as to what might be the most potentially attractive way of packaging and scoping the future procurement opportunities. The City Council will be looking to replace or create new Frameworks for the following Contracts/ Frameworks: • Repairs and Maintenance Works – Garage Door; • Asphalt Roofing; • Boiler Replacements; • Electrical Repairs/ Rewires; • Roofing Tiling installation and repairs; • Metal Doors and Windows; • Flooring works; • TV Aerials and Associated Works; • Damp Proofing; • Metal Gates • Scaffolding • Commercial Kitchen Installation and Maintenance; • UPVC Windows and Doors (Supply and Supply/Fit); • Plastering; • Drainage Services; • Brick Work and • Groundworks Keywords: Roofing, Maintenance, Works, Construction, Repairs
