Tender description
The construction of a new four storey laboratory building (1 340 m2) within the existing Coombe site with the provision of rooftop plant and 2 no rear extensions to the existing adjacent laboratory building to include a new link, office and store (68 m2) with all associated site works. Internal renovations to the existing laboratory building (1 036 m2). (3) The re-alignment of the existing carpark (3 768 m2) together with associated site development works and services at the Coombe Women and Infants University Hospital, Cork Street, Dublin 8. It is intended that the works will be executed on a live healthcare campus. Multiple phases will be required to deliver the works whilst maintaining high levels of patient, care, health and safety and dignity. The project above requires full mechanical and electrical internal and external services and incorporates a full range of acute hospital and large regional laboratory services.
