Tender description

Hampshire county council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the managed IT service at Brookfield Community School. The contract will commence on 1.4.2020 for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for 1 year. Submission deadline interested parties should register their interest in the project via the intend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire and complete and submit the Part A — tender questionnaire, the Part B — tender return document, the cloud questionnaire if appropriate (as detailed in Question 41 of the Part A — tender questionnaire) together with any supporting information and must be submitted no later than 14.00 on 10.12.2019 via intend. A managed IT service at Brookfield Community School to include but not limited to: 2 onsite technicians, IT support, hardware and software management, cyber security, access to ‘out of hours’ support to cover evening and weekend periods, management and support remote access solution and installation/projects.
