City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Provider (the Provider) to deliver a replacement content management and invoice scanning solution that is integrated with SAP Logistics verification process. The Council process about 80 000 invoices annually — of these, for 2018, 59 % were scanned, 23 % PDFs and 13 % other attachments. The Council requires a new replacement scanner which can be used on-premise by Council staff to scan invoices received by post. The Council will accept either a cloud hosted solution or an on-premise Council hosted solution. Providers should detail in the bidders response which solution they are proposing.
