Edge Hill University has a requirement for an external supplier to provide an enquiry management system solution. Edge Hill University has a requirement for an external supplier to provide an enquiry management system solution. Two main systems are currently in use across the services to manage enquiries and appointments. Neither system entirely meets service needs and the University is investigating the feasibility of a single system to create a better experience for both staff and students. Catalyst is looking for a solution to record, track and manage student enquiries along with provision of a knowledgebase and a self-service portal. At a minimum the University needs the solution to deliver effective management of drop ins, appointments and events and provide a case management tool for services. The University requires a hosted solution, configurable at an individual service level, which will enable a high quality, student focused approach virtually and in person.
