Tender description

The Council has a requirement to replace our back-office systems including HR, finance and procurement. The Council currently use a single system, SAP R3, to cover these areas but the Council is open to exploring both single systems and ‘Best of Breed’ to deliver our requirements. The Council would like to receive expressions of interest from a cross section of the market, including technology vendors (software providers), implementation partners and system integrators to help refine our requirements. The Council will be holding a supplier engagement event on the 6.12.2019 to inform the forthcoming procurement. The Council aim to start the procurement in May 2020. There will be a supplier day on the 6.12.2019, please register your interest in attending via this eTendering portal. The procurement route has not been finalised and the Council’s requirements may be split into lots.
