Tender description

Council office and Council-owned premises cleaning service, including, but not limited to: Elizabeth House Council Office, the Pavilion in Stratford-upon-Avon and 12 Council-owned public conveniences across the district. Also includes opening and securely closing of some premises The price above is indicative for the first year of the contract and in no way should be used as the basis of any tender bid price for suppling the service Additional information: The Council is going out to tender for an office and public conveniences cleaning service. The current contract expires on 1st June 2020. The expected contract length is five years with the option of a five year extension. The Council is looking for expressions of interest at this stage. The procurement will be carried out under OJEU with the Supplier Selection Questionnaire expected to be posted in the next 3 months.
