The Bromford Housing Group intends to establish a framework for the provision of temporary workers including the option to support permanent recruitment. The recent merger with Merlin Housing Society Ltd and acquisition of Severn Vale Housing to its group Bromford has increased the number of homes it owns to almost 44 000, including 12 000 in Gloucestershire. Over the next 10 years, Bromford will be aiming to grow this through an ambitious development programme that will invest 1.5bm GBP to build 15 000 new homes across the Bromford geographical area. The Bromford groups geographical area is predominately Central England and South West, which includes the West Midlands. Shropshire, Staffordshire, South Gloucestershire, Cirencester, the Cotswolds, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire. To support these plans Bromford on occasions needs temporary workers to support its permanent workforce over a range of disciplines and is seeking to procure a framework that supports the provision of temporary workers and has the option of supporting permanent recruitment. The framework may be split into lots and this detail if applicable will be included in the contract notice.
