Tender description

WHM are constructing a contractors framework to cover a wide range of maintenance works across the West Lothian area. The framework will be a support framework for WHM in-house Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) and is valued at approx 4 000 000 GBP over 4 years. Services will consist of general medical adaptation works to the housing stock. Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.
