HS2 Development Corporation Commission 1: Visioning & Narrative

Tender description

Nottinghamshire County Council, on behalf of the Midlands Engine, wishes to undertake a competitive procurement process to appoint a provider to develop the vision, promotion and branding of the HS2 Development Corporation. The work package will help shape an overarching vision for the development corporation, and in parallel, will create a compelling narrative for the East Midlands as a destination in which to work, live and invest. his will require consultation with members of the development corporation and external businesses, research institutions and key regional stakeholders. The developed vision should build on the opportunities and development plans of the individual sites, the strengths and aspirations of the region, and the cumulative growth potential that can be unlocked by co-ordinated development. In addition, the provider will develop a brand and a campaign to promote the development corporation on a local, regional, national and international level
