Education and Early Years Funding Hub

Tender description

The City invites Quotations for the provision of Early Years Funding Hub. The Hub shall be a complete online system which provider users in the local area can utilise to make their termly funding claims and carry out the required administration, related to early years funding. The solution must provide a way for provider and City users to validate 30 hours codes, Early Years Funding, free school meals and Early Years Pupil Premium (through Eligibility Checking Service (ECS) connectivity). The solution will adhere to all DfE guidance in relation to early years' entitlements and early years census requirements. The duration of the contract is 3 years and there is a maximum budget of £45,000 for the whole contract.
