Contractor Services for install and commissioning of 5G masts

Tender description

SA Catapult are installing a small 5G RAN system in the Milton Keynes area. This project will entail the installation and commissioning of seven 5G masts and base stations in Milton Keynes. SA Catapult is looking for a complete turnkey solution with the successful supplier undertaking all the necessary planning applications, liaising with local authorities and land owners etc. in addition to the actual installation and commissioning. Note that the antennas and cabinets will be provided by Huawei along with some of the interconnecting cables/coax (as detailed in the technical doc). The remainder (masts etc) will be provided by the preferred supplier to this ITT. The two Huawei technical documents uploaded are for your information. How to apply: Bidders should quote the Reference number of this ITT RFQ FY20-15 in all correspondence related to this tender. All responses to this ITT must be received before 12:00hrs (midday) 15th November 2019 to the following e-mail address or the SA Catapult reserve the right to exclude your bid. All messages and ITT documentation must be sent via the procurement portal : procurement@sa.catapult.org.uk Responses received beforehand will not be opened until after the closing time and date for receipt of tenders, 12:00 15th November 2019. Bidders must format their response using the following structure: • Detailed response to the questionnaire contained in Section 12. Tender responses must be submitted in English and should be no more than 20 sides of A4 including appendices.
