Brief Description of Requirement This research project will complement policy work on the phasing out of high-carbon fossil fuels in the 2020's in offgas- grid areas. Work in this area is a priority for taking action to reduce carbon emissions in the 2020s. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement.
